Memoirs Of A Geisha is a great movie and the cinematography is spectacular.

It is unbelievable that the Director of Photography Dion Beebe did such a great job on this movie and such a bad job on Miami Vice. Well, maybe they wanted the film with Colin Farell and Jamie Foxx look that way, but it sounds strange to me.

Some people will say that Miami Vice is his first experience with digital. I agree. Even if Collateral was also shot by Dion Beebe but only partially digital and partially 35mm.

Anyway, I hope he'll provide to the audience another beautiful film like Memoirs Of A Geisha.

C'est incroyable que le directeur de photographie Dion Beebe a fait un boulot aussi bon sur ce film et aussi mauvais sur Miami Vice. Bon, peut-être qu'ils voulaient que le film avec Colin Farell et Jamie Foxx avait ce type de photographie, mais ça me paraît bizarre.

Certaines personnes diront que c'est sa première expérience avec le digital. C'est vrai, même si Collateral avait été tourné par Dion Beebe paritellement en digital et partiellement en 35mm.

Bref, j'espère qu'il nous donnera un autre film aussi superbe que Memoirs Of A Geisha.
